MULTIPURPOSE COMPLEX WANG FU BUILDING, BEIJING, CHINA

Located on the edge of the protected area of the Forbidden City in Beijing. 

Design and construction supervision of a multi-purpose building for a Chinese client, its main characteristics being the following:

​

  • Roughly 20,000 m2 7 floor building.

  • Large subterranean parking garage.

  • Shopping gallery with shops and restaurants.

  • 800 people theatre with a stage (can include a food service).

  • Office building.

  • VIP apartments. 

  • Garden terrace that gives onto the Forbidden City with a covered swimming pool and greenhouses.
